About the Contributor

Tom Miele is a veteran Catholic who has passed through many stages of spiritual life, traditional, disillusioned, and then on to a more meaningful relationship with God in prayer. He is married to Sue and they have eight adopted children, six who are adults and two unexpected seven-year olds.  Tom works as a school psychologist in a suburban area of Cincinnati, Ohio.  He regards the inhabitants of the globe as his brothers and sisters, who share union with him within the Mystical Body of Christ.

    Tom,

Looks like you’re not “trying” to create a blog … you already have created a blog! It looks great. Thanks for sharing your journey with me.

Thanks, Carolina. I’ve been writing prayers for a long time and sending them out to folks through email. I always felt that it might have been intrusive, so I have just started posting to a blog. I haven’t really mastered the art of blogging, but I know just enough to be dangerous.
      Peace,
      Tom

Thank you Jonie. I try to let people listen in on the “little prayers” that enter my mind as I reflect upon my day. God bless you!
      Peace,

      Tom

Glad to find a fellow-traveler whose heart yearns for the Realities of that Prayer.

I am sorry about your loss. I came across your poem, and would like to share it on my Facebook page. My Auntie Pauline is dying from liver cancer. I am with her in the hospital, but she is no longer responding. I thank God for such a amazing, caring, and loving Aunt.
And if possible Tom, can I get a copy. Thank you, and God bless.
